The Department of Meteorology has issued a warning for strong winds across the country, both inshore and offshore, along with high seas offshore. In its daily weather report, the department forecast hot conditions inshore until 6pm on Friday, accompanied by blowing dust in some areas and intermittent cloud cover. Offshore conditions are expected to be partly cloudy at times. Winds inshore will be mainly northwesterly at speeds of 10–20 knots, with gusts reaching up to 30 knots at times. Offshore winds will also be northwesterly at 13–23 knots, gusting to 30 knots.

The camp, held at Bangladesh Eye Hospital in the Capital, successfully provided life-saving treatment to 30 children from underprivileged families who were unable to afford the high costs of cardiac procedures. A dedicated team of pediatric cardiologists, led by Professor Dr Nurun Nahar Fatema, carried out all procedures with great care and professionalism. QatarPest control drive ongoing across Qatar municipalities

All the municipalities across Qatar have handled 6,426 applications for clearing insects in various areas around the country from February 28 to March 28. These include 1,385 applications at Doha Municipality, Al Rayyan (1,439 applications), Umm Slal (1,253), Al Daayan (880), Al Wakrah (842), Al Khor and Al Thakhira (297), Al Shamal (123), and Al Sheehaniya (97). The applications were submitted through the various platforms of the Ministry of Municipality, including 4,485 applications through the Oun App, 1,831 via the unified call centre, and 110 through the ministry's website. The ministry has been exerting continuous efforts where the municipalities regularly carry out preventive campaigns to eliminate inspects and pests. In addition, there are constant efforts to enhance public awareness on how to limit the spread of inspects and raising public awareness to related services and the necessary application process for interested parties.
